This was our second visit to Black Sheep, and unfortunately it wasn’t a great experience. We sat at the bar, and the bartender, Alex, did acknowledge us and said he’d be right with us, which we appreciated. However, after that he continued doing several other tasks—including changing a keg—without ever taking our drink order or even getting us waters. Tried this pizza once and it was so good but today my whole pizza was completely burnt on the bottom. Not even edible. 😭
Wow, go! And have Ki as your server. He was fantastic. Atmosphere is classy, modern yet comfortable. I had the white chicken pizza which had a good blend of cheeses. (Mature taste - not all mozzarella). My friend had the meatball trio. It was so good she placed an order to take home to her husband. But truly the star was the server, Ki, who approached our requests with ease and a smile. Thanks Ki! And kudos to the kitchen too!
Ate here with another couple on a Monday night in July. As we approached we saw the other couple already being seated at a table within their outdoor patio, so we never actually stepped inside the physical restaurant. It was a comfortable space with an awning overhead that could be enclosed and is on the east side of the building to protect from the direct sun this time of year.
