I have been a patient here and have experienced consistent difficulty receiving basic, reasonable medical care. Most recently, I made a simple request on June 23rd to add a repeat lab test to an existing standing order -- a test my PCP previously ordered without hesitation. Dr A.J had his nurse give me a shot for migraines and after I got the shot she told me my insurance probably doesn't cover it. They should have told me about told me before giving me the shot. I would have never agreed to getting a $700 shot that isn't covered by my insurance
