I contacted Alnwick Blackshaws to book my Vitara in following a recall by Suzuki and they suggested Morpeth depot being nearer to wheee I live and made they booking on my behalf. On attending I was greeted by name on arrival and when I said I would wait until the work was completed I was advised that complementary hot and cold drinks were available in seating area. The work was completed quickly and the vehicle returned washed and valeted. I will happily return to the Morpeth depot.
