Absolutely fantastic experience, much better than your usual hire place. Staff both ends were so thoughtful and kind and contactable throughout my trip for hints and tips on any silly questions I had, mainly around my itinerary! Rv was in fab condition and easy to drive and use - highly recommend this company. Felt very safe and had the most incredible trip! Thank youuuu!
What a great experience we got from the Blacksford team! From the very moment we booked our RV, throughout the trip until the end of it. Our RV was new and equipment with all what we needed for the trip. The support of the employees was outstanding. Highly recommend them for your trip around the US.
Having a campervan to visit National Parks is ideal - it allows you to go where RVs cannot, and to stay inside the parks. The Winnebago Solis PX is a neat package and has most of what a couple needs for a roadtrip. That being said, we didn't find it particularly luxurious compared to other campervan rentals. We chose to rent from Blacksford, partly because we liked the features of the Winnebago Solis and partly because although the base price was higher, it included more, so the final price was attractive. When we showed up to pick up the van, we got a thorough training session on all the features, plus three emailed videos for later reference (it's a lot to learn in one session and you don't retain it all).
