Nothing but great things to say regarding our experience with Blacksford. We rented from Las Vegas to explore Death Valley and Joshua Tree. From the beginning you could tell the company was attentive and helpful. During our time with the campervan we had one small hiccup with the functionality of something and Blacksford credited us a night's rental without us even asking for compensation. I have rented RV from five different RV rental companies. Blackford is a clear best. The RV we rented was issue free. The staff we met in both Phoenix and Las Vegas office are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are going out of the common way to accommodate our need. Strongly recommended.
