Amazingly quick to diagnose a difficult issue with outside cameras on Saturday, Valentine’s Day. Even though he was busy today, he squeezed us in for a same day appointment. One of our power sources is fried, instead of leaving us with no access to outside cameras, he came up with a unique solution to give us temporary access while he sorts the power supply. He went above and beyond to keep us operational. I can tell, we are in good hands from here on out. Thank you
