They sent two guys to give us a free quote. They told us what they thought the problem was but said they had to discuss it with Alan. They left. First time customer...called and left a message. No call back. Called again and finally got an answer. Stated wanted an estimate to clean my chimney. Said if I had wood insert couldn't give estimate. Said would come out and look at it at some point and would call me when they get around to it before they came out(??). Told them I have a job and I needed a time. Sorry.
