A neat place. It’s in an old house so it throws you off when trying to find it. Go past the auto repair, through the roundabout to the second exit (left from entrance). There are signs in front of the of it. A (what appears to be) full size boxing ring, three round bags for uppercuts, one Thai bag, two regular and one head hunter. Absolutely the best boxing gym in Blacksburg! Kevin, Sara and all the trainers are truly interested in seeing you succeed in meeting your fitness goals. Very friendly, family atmosphere. Classes are varied throughout the day to help your exercise goals without getting bored with the same routine. Great experience - learned a lot and certainly improved my core! Recommended.
