Very Unprofessional lady vet Dr.Jones deserves all my praise.After being treated like a piece of dirt on the floor by Dr.Nelson the other day and being bawled out in the lobby where other patrons were,I will be finding another vet and attendants I feel were why this happened.After all,would you still go to a human dr if they had an aggressive bedside manner? Hope this lady vet doesn't ruin all of Dr Jones hard work he has put in to his business
Doc Jones Knows His Stuff!!! Blacksburg Animal Clinic has been seeing my own poodles and various foster dogs since 2006 and boy oh boy does Doc Jones know his stuff!!! From his first glance and exam of a pup he knows just what is wrong and how to fix it- he is also an INCREDIBLE surgeon- I have had many, MANY rescue/foster dogs go through his office over the years with various ailments (heartworm, parvo, epilepsy, ear and allergy issues, sprained back, skin disorders, collapsing trachea, dentals, dew claw removal, ect) and a... read more

Dr. Casey Jones Knows DOGS!!! Our 4-1/2 year old Golden Retriever, Chloe, has had an upset stomach for close to a week. I was told by Dr. Casey Jones' Staff to bring her in rather quickly. I did and Dr. Jones could tell just by looking at her, that she was safe. He prescribed Chloe 4 Cerenia Tablets(Motion Sickness for Dogs) that prevent acute vomiting in Dogs. Dr. Jones then told me to prepare Chloe some scrambled eggs with Pam Cooking Spray two hours after her first dose. She ate the eggs, but was still feeling sick. She w... read more
Friendly practice Blacksburg Animal Clinic truly gives you a great feeling when you take your pet there--I have been taking my tabby cat there for a few years and couldn't be happier. The vets are knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. The kennel is relatively cheap as well. Overall, a great experience.
