I am from PA, needed a plate under engine hooked back up. Adam was on it, they got my car in and fixed very quickly!! I would highly recommend!! They were very nice and my experience was 100% satisfactory!! Thanks Adam at the Carolina Shores store on 17!!!
My windshield wiper broke off during a rainstorm. Blacks Tire and Auto fit me into their schedule and replaced the wipers at a reasonable cost. I will definitely use them for other car repairs.
Not real happy with the situation. Repair was fine but I came in for an inspection that they forgot to do and had to drive half way back from Socastee to get it done. When I got home I was showing my grandson what was done and found none of the fluids had been topped off. I’ll have to go get antifreeze, washed fluid, PS fluid, brake fluid topped off somewhere else as it’s 52 miles round trip up that location. I also added some trans medic .
Good experience. Was greeted and helped with in the time they said.
I found the staff very professional. They listened to my concerns and because of my cars mileage recommend the appropriate service.
