I am traveling and have been in New Bern for 4 months; I first had them do an oil change and they were quick and were very affordable. I brought my friends Town Car in and they fixed the car at a fantastic price and their customer service is awesome. I went back to them and they found the problem I had been looking for in my brakes for a year! Very thankful for Blacks Tire today, working me in as a walk in with a nail on my tire. The wait was not bad at all and Samantha is very friendly.
Although I went through a tough experience with my car! The staff & service was great! They were extremely helpful & friendly!
We had a service tech bring his work van in yesterday, January 31, 2018 around 2pm. He was told that he needed to replace calipers, discs, brake pads and the brakeline needed to be flushed out. He quoted over $800. He declined repair, we got a second opinion and the only thing needed was brake pads. I definitely wouldn't recommend your services to anyone.
Took care of me instantly after finding that I needed a new tire & being from out of town. All the guys were very courteous!
