I visited Black’s Tire and Auto yesterday for the first time. I needed a tire repair. A sign on the door greeted me by saying “Inside is world class customer service!” The Team at Black’s lived up to their sign. I was greeted by a welcoming team who took care notes about my problem. I was the shown to a spotless waiting area. In no time, my truck was repaired. The problem was fixed and the work was explained. I was charged about half of what I was expecting to pay.
