With no appointment I was able to drop my vehicle off and have new rear breaks installed.
Had an appointment at 9. They apologized when I checked in that they were running a bit behind due to having a technician call in sick. It was appreciated they let you know up front so you are not blindsided and you could make a decision if you would wait or reschedule. I waited and it didn't take too much longer to have my vehicle completed. With Black's it doesn't matter what location you use as you will always get great customer service and a great price.
