Sometimes I go to this shop and the staff are really nice and then other times they can be really rude. The older gentleman that works the front has always been really nice but he was not there when I visited last. I’ve gone here quite a few times and I can definitely see a pattern of favoritism when it comes to customers who they know vs. new customers or customers they are not familiar with.
As always, impeccable service from Mike and his team at BTS on Owen Drive. I went in on a first come basis for a tire pressure sensor and was serviced and finished in a very timely manner. Have done business with this location for years and never any issues. Nice folks!
I'm back again for great service. Starting my car was a little hesitant..made an appointment and all I needed was a battery. Great price, excellent repair and customer service at its best. Thank you always. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!
Black’s is a fantastic service company. I have been patronizing their services for more years than I can count and with many vehicles. Mike and Bailey are wonderful to work with and are always so kind and professional.
Another great experience! I had four new tires put on last Friday. Mike, Bailey and all the people at Blacks Tire on Owen do an awesome job! 110% recommend them!
