My car has been to BLACKS AUTO ON CAROLINA BEACH ROAD TWICE IN THE LAST WEEK BECAUSE THEY CAN'T GET THEIR MECHANIC RIGHT! Went to have an alternator replaced and they put a bad one in causing me to break down in 92° weather, car went back this Monday and got it back Tuesday and the car sounded like a belt was squeaking as it turned and the sound wasn't there before. Fast forward less than 24 hours later a belt broke in the front of the car so how is it that you can't install an alternator properly! The belt broke! Now my car... read more

I needed 2 tires installed on a vehicle I was towing. After being turned down by 2 shops for being "too busy", I pulled in and the gentleman whose name escapes me was able to help me. The charge was $20 but after finding out I was a veteran, he waived the charge. I would have gladly paid more due to my current situation but this veteran is grateful for the complimentary service.
The guys at Black's Tire saved me last night. I was driving home from work around 5:30 and one if my tires went complelety flat. I pulled over and happened to be in their parking lot. The business was closed but thankfully a guy came out and offered to put a new tire on for me at a great price! They were so helpful and I am grateful for their service.
