Not recommended. I would never rent through Blacks Real Estate again and defintely not have Puja as anyone's property manager. After our experience, I can now understand why Blacks Real Estate does not have the best reputation in Mackay. The reviews speak for themselves. Horrible experience trying to get a rental through blacks real estate Mackay. The “bloke” at the front desk couldn’t have been any less interested, it was like pulling teeth trying to get him to grab the rental manager for us. After we applied for a rental, we had no follow up phone calls, staff did not want to assist at all. I would rather sleep under a tarp then get a rental through blacks real estate.
Absolutely disgraceful experience. This agency sets the bar unbelievably low for professionalism and then somehow still manages to fall short of it. From the beginning, communication was poor, inconsistent, and felt like we were being brushed off at every step.
