If no stars was an option than that's what my rating would be. Not impressed at all. Came out to do a repair on a forklift, then had to call them back two more times for the same issue. They got paid for the first 2 visits, but not the 3rd because they still didn't fix the problem and then proceed to give a bad review for not paying contractors. Be more specific, you got paid twice for not fixing it at all. Come on guys not a great way to run a business, especially in the customer service industry.
A gem of a mobile repair mechanic. Didn't know Ryan existed until a mutual friend suggested him when I was having substantial trouble with the dealer. Works on primarily Cat and John Deere he says. I found him professional, very knowledgeable, and reasonable. I see there nearly zero online information about him - and maybe he's busy enough. But I'm real and can definately recommend him. Thanks for the help Ryan!
