Do not subcontract for this company, the amount of work added after contract(all 2nd Flr electrical), they changed the build framing blue prints after loan was approved to cut out tons of lumber and maximize profits, not a good company at all.
Working with Carl & Graham was great. They helped along each step to get things done and move the process along. I appreciate them and all the hard work they put in.
I would highly recommend Black's if you are looking for a home. Carl was exceptional to work with. He gave us suggestions which were very helpful.Todd was great for helping with the site work. They're knowledge and professionalism was greatly appreciated.
TERRIBLE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING YOUR HOME WHETHER YOUR LOOKING FOR A STARTER OR FOREVER HOME. THE AMOUNT OF ISSUES WE HAVE HAD WITH THIS HOME WE PURCHASED 6 YEARS AGO IS AWFUL. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
