Very very terrible to deal with. Completely shotty work. Never take accountability for anything and want to push all blame on you. Was gonna leave a longer review on Facebook but I’m blocked by them from blacks home sale page. Professionalism at its finest.
Tried to get $5,000 extra from us after we signed our contract, I had to email and call constantly for anything to get done and was directed to a different employee each time, sub-contractors that they use are extremely sloppy and unprofessional, I would not recommend Blacks to absolutely anyone. Update: we now had our plastic central air pan completely melt due to them installing the furnance too close to the pan. TRASH!! 0/10. Pain place to deal with. Dealt with Pam the owners kid is what we was told. They start the trim work before the house was set on the blocks. You get a run around on planning and scheduling they pass the buck off on others that work there when you call in an ask what's going on. Shotty work crews our " final walk" through with blacks was total joke and i would of been ashamed to call that good work.
