Can’t speak highly enough about this company. Every employee cares about their work and wants to get the job done right. Andy performed our inspection and came to the job site to make sure the work was being performed properly. He also saw me struggling with a separate job I was doing myself and offered to do it for me since they had the tools. For a very reasonable price. This is a company that cares about their work, is run by a great owner, and will do an amazing job!
Quoted me for crawlspace repair work. I accepted the quote and was told I would be placed on the schedule. This was almost 3 months ago. Meanwhile I can't get any updates or a timeline.
I am so thankful for blacks waterproofing. I was having a river in my basement every time it rained. I had another company come give me a quote for 4 x’s the amount that blacks gave me for the same job. We just had hurricane Helene come thru and guess what….my basement is completely dry.
Not reliable for warranty work.Very disappointed. Buyer beware.
