Had issues with my son's 2005 Honda accord. Squealing and rubbing noise from front end, steering issues just not good stuff for a Dad to worry about. Easily made an appointment online for Black's to investigate/ possibly repair, dropped off car and Mike called me and explained very clearly and informative what was wrong.
