If you want to feel and get better, then you must visit Tara at Black Rock Physical Therapy. Her knowledge and expertise helps you get back on track. She is also kind and caring and really listens to you and your body. I am so glad I found such a wonderful person and place!
Tara delivers great results in a professional but comfortable environment. She doesn't just work on you--she works with you. Tara not only has helped with my more common issues; she was even able to relieve some dental discomfort that my dentist couldn't find the source of.
Tara not only treats the particular issue, but she delves into what's causing it. I love her hollistic approach to therapy. She does an amazing job.
I am not sure what she does or how she does it but I know it works. I had crippling back pain and immediately felt better after 1 hour session. The immediate relief and the exercises she instructed me to do have helped me to avoid further back pain for more than a year!
Thank you to Tara! I came in with hip pain due to an old injury. After the first visit I was already feeling so much better!!! Now I am pain free.
