🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩Should be called Assrock community! First let's start with how they sucker you in by being very communicative in the begining, but as soon as you move in they stop communication unless it's them harassing me about a late bill that would put a lien on the house and now I have a 15 days to vacate notices on my door. First thing they did upon buying. The property was run out A lot of businesses that have been there for decades. Jacked up everybody's rent 400 dollers and stopped businesses that had contracts with the old owner. And didn't allow them to open up their businesses. They will be poisoning the residents once monthly until the cockroaches are gone.
The worst construction company! using the cheapest materials, cutting corners, overcharging customers while paying their employees unliveable wages. Don't waste your money!
