The job was delayed multiple times with excuses and was finally completed 16 days after initially proposed, the patch was sloppily applied, the seal coating got on siding, they swept the old asphalt into the bushes, and they didn't follow through with the discount they had promised reducing it to less than half from 500 to 200.

We hired Blackrock because they have a presents in the Wenatchee area, even though their bid was more than another. They did a sloppy job, sealer spashed on the house, gate and concrete apron and smeared tar on the neighbor's lawn. They did return to remove some of the tar on the siding, but I needed to go behind them and try to remove all they missed. As a gesture, they did lower the cost on the invoice but I was more interested in a clean job than I was the cost of the project. I cannot recommend them nor will I ever hire ... read more

We were Extremely pleased with the professional service. We were so glad we had BlackRock do the coating on the driveway. The work was perfect, and sure makes our driveway look good. I recommend that if you are thinking of having coating done. to do it. Thank you BlackRock Team for your excellent work,
