This was a wonderful experience with BLACKQ RMPIRE TAX. They explained every detail with my taxes and was patient with me. The best news is that I didn’t have to pay back no money!!!!! I have always had to pay back money and this year I am actually getting money back instead so I’m very grateful and happy about it. I highly recommend this company they go above and beyond for you!
I thought I would have to pay again this year but Keron helped me get money back :) I was guided through the entire process… had a quick call and his customer service skills are amazing! Super easy to work through what could be a nightmare:)
These guys are a joke! The messed up my taxes , couldn't even spell a name right. Hahah. Oh and thats after it was reviewed by the lead guy!! Smh. Oh and they over charge and still didnt even get mine done. Or my coworkers. So it's not just mine!!! They are not consultants or professional. Professional scammers that are completely incompetent! First time using the service and so far, I am not pleased. My state return did not arrive and was set to be mailed which wasn't what I requested. I attempted to get a resolution and unfortunately nothing was resolved and no answers were given. Furthermore I attempted to contact the business number and received no answer. Following this, I have been diligent and reached out to my local state tax office and bank and was told they never received anything filed for a direct deposit.
