Bought a full bathroom suite & tiles earlier this year. High quality products at great prices with great service. Made a change to the order before delivery & it was sorted without question. Items were delivered on time, but made the error of not checking every item. When time for fitting came, discovered a free standing tap was missing. It was supplied at no extra cost, again without any issue. Will 100% be going back for WC suite & tiles when renovating downstairs WC. Cannot recommend highly enough. From Sam being patient, understanding and knowledgeable to Rich, Steve and Adie being professional, polite and taking great pride in their work, the experience of choosing and having a new bathroom fitted has been a pleasure. Left the house as they found it, always made sure we were happy and fully informed throughout. Thanks to all involved, we are delighted 🤩
Bought our Bathroom tiles recently. From the start we had loads of help with our choice. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing to much trouble. I would definitely recommend this company they go over and above to help. Fantastic customer service. So much so just bought more tiles to go behind our wood burner being installed.
I purchased my kitchen floor and tiles and i can truly say the customer service is 5star really helpful and nice, I will post pictures when my kitchen is finished.
