Excellent service taking an old van of mine off the property. He came the same week I called and with a very skilled tow truck driver with a flat deck that lifted the van smoothly onto his truck, it was a great experience, thanks!
Sold us broken parts and when we told him he asked us to wait a week for replacements. That week turned into 6 weeks. Today upon returning the parts he was rude argumentative saying we paid less than we did, and has banned us from returning. We were nothing but patient and polite. Yes we got our money back. Not to upset about the ban after that treatment. Pathetic!
Got a flat tire in front of their store- although they didn’t have the that fit, the guy I spoke to was so nice and tried their hardest to find me a tire. Super friendly people thank you!!

Best service I’ve had from an auto wrecker in a long time. Drove all the way From the Cowichan Valley for some truck parts and it was worth it. Super professional and they don’t waste your time. 10/10 will be going back in the future.
