Although I'm a party to the buyers, I'm concerned that Black Pine wanted to close escrow within the week before the necessary repairs required after the walk-through inspection. Hopefully, they'll come back and don't blow us off.
So we purchased our BlackPine home in Crocker village in November 2020, and overall we love our home…that being said, due to the pandemic there was an issue with our oven vent hood being back ordered, so we agreed to a temporary one until the new one got here…well that temporary one was never installed right and we were told by the construction customer service person that it would be corrected when the new one got here…NOT the case, the new one came and the chimney stack doesn’t sit flush to the wall, their option to fix th... read more
Thank you BlackPine! Absolutely love my new home in Millstone at Sierra Pine. The design and aesthetics of the house have continued to excite myself and our guests. The buying process was comprehensive but personable and I couldn't imagine being any happier.
We worked with another larger builder & had a less than optimal experience, we switched to BlackPine and we couldn't be happier with their professionalism and communication. We purchased our home at Millstone @ Sierra Pine and so far we are very happy with the process! Mark & his team are wonderful.
Before I go in depth and I won’t take too much of your time nor the public. This is important knowledge for new homeowners. My spouse and I are not new to purchasing new build home(s), this isn’t our first rodeo. When you look at the esthetics of Crocker village and walk through their model homes it makes you want to own a Blackpine home.
