Dr. Bola is an outstanding family doctor — knowledgeable, caring, and always willing to listen. I truly appreciate how thorough Dr. Bola is with follow-ups, making sure all my concerns are addressed and that I’m feeling better after each visit. The office is also very well organized and responsive, which makes every appointment smooth and stress-free.
Update: Now that Dr. Bola has taken over, I have seen him twice. I have had no issue with him, so far. The only issue I have is when my pharmacy contacts them for prescription renewals. They sometimes don't respond and the pharmacy has to contact them again. This wouldn't be as much of an issue if they approved the renewal with 2 additional refills like Dr. Birbrager used to do. This means they need to be contacted every time I run out of a prescription (I'm on 5 prescriptions). This equates to approximately 20 times a year.... read more
