Dr. Bola is an outstanding family doctor — knowledgeable, caring, and always willing to listen. I truly appreciate how thorough Dr. Bola is with follow-ups, making sure all my concerns are addressed and that I’m feeling better after each visit. The office is also very well organized and responsive, which makes every appointment smooth and stress-free.
Update: Now that Dr. Bola has taken over, I have seen him twice. I have had no issue with him, so far. The only issue I have is when my pharmacy contacts them for prescription renewals. They sometimes don't respond and the pharmacy has to contact them again. This wouldn't be as much of an issue if they approved the renewal with 2 additional refills like Dr. Birbrager used to do. This means they need to be contacted every time I run out of a prescription (I'm on 5 prescriptions). This equates to approximately 20 times a year.... read more

I still remember when covid season was way over (about 2022), they wouldn’t see patients that had anything involving a cough or headache. Terrible. Still bring it up when I talk about how the medical establishment in Canada is broken.
Dr Bola is the most incompetent family doctor I've ever had. I had a sore throat for 2 weeks longer when the right prescription would've healed me in a day. I was in excruciating pain coming in and he didn't even check up on me himself. No swab tests for Covid or any of the procedures another doctor that gives a dam would do for the patient. They scheduled me to go in 2 days and I still had to wait 30 minutes longer after the scheduled time. I had to go to a walk in clinic and they did a proper checkup, gave me the right tes... read more
