I don't think this guy gets much credit. He is works on LONG TERM projects while trying to get some smaller projects completed to keep it flowing. Blackmore auto! I'm a have some work for you.
Here's my ongoing experience with Blackmore automotive and my E350 van that took him 3 years to rebuild and a $177000. We are on month 2 of having West Coast diesel straighting out the nighmare Steve Blackmore created to a running van when he got it. $5000 on the transmission that he claimed he fixed. pretty sure he didn't. The repairs on this vehicle's from what Steve handed me are now up to $34000. Steve knew that I'd be using this van out in Snowy remote areas where there would be no cell. RUDE!!!! Hung up the phone without given a chance to respond. No etiquette whatsoever. Worked on my grandmother's car and returned it with more problems than when dropped off. DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC VERY RUDE AND WILL MESS YOUR CAR UP!
I woudn't recomend this place to anyone.
I love this shop, they can always squeeze me in for a service and they always find the root cause and fix it right instead of throwing the first part at it, when something got confusing with my car Steve methodically chose the best plan of attack for the vehicle while keeping my future repair costs down too by assessing everything related and cutting down on labor by putting more parts in that were nearly busted and worn out so that I didn’t experience another failure and down the road.
