I would never recommend Family Court to anyone. Settle your differences outside of court. But when it’s necessary, as in our case, get a good compassionate attorney that will fight for you with tenacity. I refer Jack Blackmon for these reasons. Cheers.

I could not be happier with the outcome of my case. Mr.Blackmon is extremely knowledgeable, very professional and an dogged advocate. He is a savior and even emotionally supported us with ease during a very trying time, when a satisfactory outcome appeared impossible. Not only did he defend us against false and malicious CPS claims he also represented us all the way to trial where we obtained a sufficient settlement.
