Used them in 2021 and they were difficult to contact but I got some work done. This year I tried again. Won't answer their phone. Leave a voicemail message and they won't ring you back. Send an email and they won't reply.
Don't use this unethical company. My wife sought assistance to repair a leak in kitchen sink pipe and clear drain/pipe blockage. The qualified plumber only had to insert a washer and reattach the sink water outlet drainage plug to the s pipe. He instead broke the existing pipe and had to leave the premises to purchase a whole new pipe unit costing $96. He stated it was a very tricky and complicated procedure. What rubbish, all he had to do was connect a dishwasher water exit pipe to the new s pipe and replace a washer. If th... read more
