Disappointing experience. Someone came to look at the issue which was a leak and we waited three days with no response. Made several calls and were finally told that it was too hard a job and they wouldn’t do it. We gave them the courtesy of waiting and all it would have taken would have been a phone call to let us know the same day they came. Would not recommend this business.
On one of the crappiest day possible these guys were phenomenal! I had a massive drain blockage with raw sewerage spilling out into my yard (ended up being a TasWater issue) and two young guys from Blackmans Bay Plumbing were onsite within an hour of the call. Their service was exemplary, particularly Beau who explained everything to me. He was incredibly compassionate and articulate and nothing was too much trouble.
