I have been with her for more than a decade, and throughout all these years she has consistently been kind, gentle, subtle, professional, and incredibly caring. Very appalling service so far since we got registered with this clinic. Was charged 3 times more than we used to pay in Mainland for normal consult. We were sent email after email of $99 invoice for the telephone consult for doctors' certificate but never followed up with regarding our pregnancy care. When rang to see if they have received my report which they said they haven't and told me they will ring us once received but never received a call neither email. I love seeing dr lad I've been seeing her since she has been there, she always listens to what you have to say and is very professional and caring as is staff,and dr Singh is the same both very caring
