I don’t ever write reviews but the lack of respect for people’s time here is ridiculous. I walked around showroom for over 30 min and no one even asked if I needed help after receptionist said someone would be with me in a minute after waiting for quite some time asked to speak to manager and she proceeded to go upstairs came back down and said she was busy and should have made appointment apparently even manager named Dina could care less will be taking my business where it’s appreciated

I went to the Bohemia site this morning (7/18) and found the experience to be less than acceptable. I was not greeted by anyone. There were three other customers in the showroom at the time. After asking for help and waiting 45 minutes, I watched an associate with lovely red hair put on make-up, walk upstairs and sit at her desk ignoring us. While the materials are beautiful, be prepared to be treated as if you don’t exist. Not worth the hype
