I had a great experience today, all thanks to Shaina (I apologize if I’m spelling her name incorrectly), Juan, and Fred (I believe that was his name). In an effort to update the old fixtures in our shower, my husband was recommended to visit Ferguson. He had a wonderful experience at the showroom, but was sent to the warehouse in Bayport because we needed a specific part they thought might be available there.
