Customer service was very disappointing, I went to furgeson on the recommendation of my contractor and would not go back, no one could be bothered to help, even though there was no one in the store, I went to look at several fixtures that I needed for my renovation but after waiting for a half hour with no one even asking what I needed I walked out!! Told my contractor I will just go to Kohler instead!! Would not recommend anyone to go there, not sure what their problem is, maybe they just don’t help walk in’s that come with... read more
