Brought my Suzuki second hand. Booked a service which was easy enough. When I called to reschedule the date I got asked the model of my car. Not my rego. Which I found a bit odd. How do they know what cars mine? When I arrived on the day of the booking I was told that it was booked in on the original date it was booked in on. So the date hadn’t been changed….
