This would have to be one of the worst dealerships I’ve had the experience of dealing with. The ford side of the business was fantastic. You would think the Ram side spending more money would be even better but NO !!!Every single experience has been absolute disgrace , poorly run un organised and little to no respect for customer service/ Do not get your car from this dealer.

What a tremendous place to take my Ram for a check on leaky exhaust manifold.Customer service by Maddy and team 2nd to none.After travelling Australia for 3 years the best place ever to have a problem.The car was purchased elsewhere but I was treated like a local and car was fixed promptly without compromise.Highly recommended to take your vehicle here. Working with Des to source and deliver a vehicle for a mutual client recently was an excellent experience. His communication and ability to execute what was required in a time critical situation was greatly appreciated. I don't hestiate to recommend Des and the team at Blacklocks Ram.
