One of the best purchasing experiencesi have had with a motorcyle dealer. Rob made it so easy. Team are friendly and helpful. Good old fashioned honest and genuine service. Any business you can put these guys way is very deserved. Purchased BMW R18 Transcontinental sight unseen from Melbourne. Will come back again in the future. Even if it means a drive or train ride.
Although they appear cordial on the surface, I would not rely on their statements as they are indeed connected. In fact, I would consider traveling to a different motorcycle shop to conclude a deal.

I have moved 2 hours from Melbourne and im 2 hours from Albury so when making the decision to choose a Ducati dealership to do my services, I tried Blacklocks. From the moment I arrived I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. Letting them know I was there for a service, I was warmly given priority service. Upon service pick up i was explained the work carried out and with a complimentary bike wash (which i ashamedly left with them dirty). Blacklocks unreservedly have my custom based on this experience.
