Poor service my vehicle has warranty issues they keep making excuses as to why it hasn't been done and the last time I was in there they said that one of the issues that they had previously said that it was faulty there is nothing wrong, another issue they said they didn't have it in stock after they knew it was coming in to have the issue fixed and have a service,the issues still aren't fixed after being it there 2 more times and they talk to you like an idiot. I took my vehicle to Lavington for 105,000/84 month service on 8.4.25. Advised Nicole Hamilton who attended to me on the day, that no road test was to be carried out.The kilometre reading upon leaving the vehicle was 57259. Collected vehicle in the afternoon and found the kilometre reading was 57263. I also noted a dust cloth over centre console missing, and the centre console lid was left open. Upon further examination the following day, I found the coolant was at minimum level, and evidence of cigarette ash in the air inta... read more
