Was very good service and easy to deal with them
Firstly the cost of the service was twice as much than a quote from another Ford dealership. Secondly I received a text saying my vehicle was ready for pickup, on arrival my vehicle was out the front “great”. After paying for the service my vehicle was gone. The service receptionist sad it was taken to get vacuumed, she then went to retrieve my vehicle uncleaned. Thirdly when I dropped off my vehicle I stated no wash.
