Excellent customer service and excellent staff
My car went in for a service first thing in the morning and I was given a courtesy car for the day. I got a call before lunch time to say it was ready to pick up. The service was quick and they were busy. The staff were incredibly efficient at signing everyone in and mechanics were ready to start promptly. Blacklocks Ford staff were friendly and quick to solve any problems. Highly recommend.
