Have been a customer since 2022 and choice was based on location. Kaitlyn is quick and professional when dealing with U-haul services which made moving easier and rental return a breeze. I would recommend Blacklock storage for anyone who owns an RV, boat, or storage.
Now that the BIG move is finally over I can voice my opinion about this business. My wife and I have been storing our “Home” with this company for over six years now, which would equal about $22,000 dollars in all that time. When it came time to move out of unit 82, we were only able to secure a new home move in date for the first weekend in February. I have been a customer at Blacklock Storage for a few years. This is a great storage facility. Kaitlin keeps the place clean and well maintained. She has rules to follow but does a good job working with you as a customer. If you need a short rental or long term this is the go to storage facility. Highly recommend.
