My husband and I have used Blackleys for many years for all our dry cleaning needs. We’ve never had an issue until recently. I had brought two dresses to be cleaned one of which to be shortened, to Blackley’s. One dress had two stains which I asked the owner if they would be able to remove. He said yes, he’s been doing this a long time so he guaranteed me he could get them out. I was able to pick up one of the dresses, probably less than a week later.
