In 1988, Blackjack officially became a franchisor using the concept of an owner/operator franchisee at each store location. Several corporate stores were sold to franchisees, and other franchisees were added to the system through conversions of independent operators who saw the value in being part of Blackjack Pizza. We have continued to add franchise outlets to the system under a policy of slow, controlled growth. Today there are 45 stores in operation in four states

Just picked up my pizza. NONE of the employees were wearing masks! Not one!! You're a FREAKING food service business!!! Seriously!! We're in the middle of a pandemic, WTF? NOT COOL!! Won't be ordering again, and will advise others not to either!
Food arrived almost 30 mins past the time. Called and they didn’t seem to care. Blamed it on being busy. When we got the food it was cold and not very good. It is almost like it was made and then sat there until they were able to find a person to deliver it!! Think twice about ordering again!
We ordered dinner, consisting of 2 large pizzas, 2 calzones, and a salad. I called to complain about the hour and a half it took to get here, after calling to see delivery status 2 times before my complaint, all the food being cold, the salad and 1 calzone, missing an ingredient each, and a missing extra salad dressing that we ordered and paid for. The pizza is awesome here! The Gluten Free crust is the bomb!! Highly recommended, also their ice cream is sold by the pints; which is awesome! Never had a problem with customer service.
Used to be our go-to delivery joint in town but after tonight we’ll be using a different business. Called and cancelled the order after 1.5hrs of not seeing our order. Poor customer service, I feel bad for the lone delivery driver they allegedly have working this evening.
When you call and order a pepperoni pizza you should tell the customer he can get a large pepperoni pizza for the same price as a small instead of laughing like a jerk. The small pizza honestly wasn't good at all. Very little sauce. Pepperonies were all over the place. Some slices had to much and others hardly any. Looked like it was made by a third grader.
So we ordered from black jacks, after my order was supposedly on its way already I called back and placed a second order, THEY CALLED THE DRIVER and had him take the FIRST order BACK TI THE STORE! And waited the 30 minuets for the second order to be ready to bring it all at once, that’s all fine and dandy EXCEPT THAT THEY PUT MY FIRST ORDER IN THE WARMERS WITH THE EFFINF RANCH IN THE BOXES!!!!!!! So the ONE THING I WANTED WAS RUINED!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
