I bought a car from blackjack last month. Thomas, the salesman, was courteous, and the facilities are nice. I an an out-of-state buyer. There were issues with the car. I was told they would be addressed. We shook on it. The car came to me without any of the issues being fixed. I test drove the car and had the chip checked. No issues at the time. First drive of the delivery truck, check engine light comes on. Expensive repair. Maybe I’m just not a lucky guy.
They are a true blessing! Just when we started losing hope they saved our day!! Thank you for the amazing new ride! Great customer service!! Y'all are a great group!!
