We experienced a nasty pipe leak which soaked the downstairs carpeting. This outfit got on it right away and did a great job getting us dried out without declaring a national emergency and charging an arm and leg like some of the big boys do. The tech was great to work with.
I would recommend them to anyone who wants their carpets done right and the person will actually show up and not have surprises.
Boulder Blackjack came out today and did a really good job at cleaning my carpets. They smell nice, look nice and didn't charge an arm and a leg even for Sunday service. I will recommend to everyone I know
