I give blackjack a 2 star just cause of their mechanic. I have nothing bad to say bout blackjack itself and Stacy is awesome! But the mechanic they have is VERY rude and talks to costumers like they don't know what they are talking bout. I'm still doing payments on my vehicle and the mechanic is rude and won't even try to fit my vehicle in to get fixed or just straight up refuses to look at or fix what's wrong. Just bought a 2010 ford focus there for low price and 150k miles. Nothing wrong with the car except a few scratches and one rip in the seat. There was a small concern with the car, we reported it, and they fixed it right away. They are really nice and have good service. I had to drive it 130 miles after that and it was working well the whole time.
Got a great deal on my truck.
The dealer herself was very nice. They sold me a car that didn’t have air-conditioning so they said they’d fix it. I got it back for two days and it quit working again. So then they had it for one week and said they replaced everything and it quit again after a few days. Ended up it was just a tube leak. Now after a month of it working it has stopped working again.
