Other than the cold that day (I'm from CA) I loved the gym. Folks there were great, and they have everything for a proper w/out. I'll drop in again when in the area
I joined in August 2022. I was out of shape and feeling sluggish and my knees and hips hurt all the time so after talking to Mark, I decided to join because "doing something is better than doing nothing". Everyone was so friendly encouraging. I now am going 3-4 days a week and I feel so much better, I am getting stronger and the best part is after only 8 weeks my hips and knees feel so much better.
