I love going to Blackheath Beauty and Massage. Karalla has the most calming, soothing and relaxed energy. You just melt into the glorious space she provides. She takes time to really offer the best service she can, attention to detail through her waxing skills. And her ability to provide the most amazing facial I've ever had. Soothing the senses of heat, smells and touch, I felt as if I was floating on a cloud, left with fresh youthful looking skin and feeling rejuvenated. I cannot recommend highly enough! I have been going to Karralla for over 6 years. She creates a very nurturing environment to be received in and she is the epitome of a true therapist dedicated to their vocation. Her treatments are professionally conducted and divine, using natural products. I highly recommend her pedicure (great natural colours), facials and hair treatment. Her hair removal is also great and is done with the least amount of pain. I always look forward to my sessions with Karralla.
