Brought the car with an issue of door locks not working properly. They replaced an actuator, the lock stopped working completely. They spent 8 hours looking for an issue, didn't find anything, but still charged me for the whole day of work. I paid around $1400 and got a worse problem than before. A total rip off. And lastly they told me to go to the official dealer mechanic! Should've told me this at the first place.
Overpriced and questionable. Came in with my overheating car, they told me the radiator was externally blocked with grass seeds and they'd need to remove it to clean, charged $400. A week later I made it 60km out of Blackheath before the car started overheating worse than before, got towed back to be told that the radiator was possibly internally blocked, but they couldn't be sure. Very bad people did more work the what i booked it in for did not ever ring me just did the work a charged over the price if u think about going to them don't they are rip offs
I could not recommend this company highly enough. The level of knowledge, customer service and workmanship is superior. Thanks John and team for an outstanding job. A year later and John again went over and above to ensure our issues were rectified . He took time and cared. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thank you again!
