Rip off and fixes things before asking. Also I was told things were fixed and they weren't.

I’ve been taking both my vehicles to Blackheath Automotive for a number of years now and continue to be impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail. They really do care about my vehicles and I feel like they treat them like their own. It’s also important to me to have a great relationship with my mechanic and John and George and the rest of the team have always been very personable and attentive. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
Brought the car with an issue of door locks not working properly. They replaced an actuator, the lock stopped working completely. They spent 8 hours looking for an issue, didn't find anything, but still charged me for the whole day of work. I paid around $1400 and got a worse problem than before. A total rip off. And lastly they told me to go to the official dealer mechanic! Should've told me this at the first place.
