’m very disappointed with a recent experience at this gym. During a class, a coach made an inappropriate and unnecessary comment in front of other people. I found the comment embarrassing, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional, specifically Michelle. I will never come back and I won’t recommend to anyone. They are bulling , especially Michelle. I would say Heather is so nice but this lady Michelle is so rude and unprofessional, stay away
Love this gym, every time I go I feel so welcomed and like a family. Michelle and Heather have best workouts, they are so sweet, motivational and knowledgeable
Dropped in for two days here and LOVED IT. All the staff and coaches are awesome. Made sure I knew where all the equipment was, understood the movements, the distances for the runs, and made sure my form was correct. Colby was good about going one on one with all the members to ensure they get the max out of their workout and Al taught me some stretches/warm-ups to prepare for Olympic weightlifting movements. Overall, great experience and will definitely visit again once I’m back in town.
I’m apart of the CrossFit, Hyrox, and Jujitsu crew. The coaches are amazing, quick to cheer and eager to help you become the best version of yourself. This has been the best gym I’ve been apart of! Constantly holding events for those already apart of and looking to see what they’re about. We moved here in February and joined the crew in May and feel like I’ve been here my whole life. If you need a gym, come here🤘
