Absolute powerhouse of a gym. I dropped in completely unannounced and the staff AND members were immediately accommodating and welcoming! I've been CrossFitting since 2010, and I was definitely impressed with how quickly Coach Michele picked up on movement corrections for me. There was another member in my same class and it was her very first CrossFit class and the coach was seamless in ensuring both her and I had a great workout catered appropriately to our abilities. Blackheart Hyrox has knowledgeable coaches and provides a challenging yet doable workout. There is a strong community that supports every move.
I’m coming up on my year of working out at blackheart and the community that I have found has truly been such a wonderful addition to my life! Hyrox has improved my endurance and the coaches are the absolute kindest, motivating, and most amazing! CrossFit has been such a learning curve, but all of the coaches have made me not feel THAT awkward! Cannot recommend Hyrox and CrossFit at blackheart more!!
Amazing coaches, great workouts, lots of learning, and plenty of sweat. HYROXs has been a fantastic experience!
