Dropped in for two days here and LOVED IT. All the staff and coaches are awesome. Made sure I knew where all the equipment was, understood the movements, the distances for the runs, and made sure my form was correct. Colby was good about going one on one with all the members to ensure they get the max out of their workout and Al taught me some stretches/warm-ups to prepare for Olympic weightlifting movements. Overall, great experience and will definitely visit again once I’m back in town.
I’m apart of the CrossFit, Hyrox, and Jujitsu crew. The coaches are amazing, quick to cheer and eager to help you become the best version of yourself. This has been the best gym I’ve been apart of! Constantly holding events for those already apart of and looking to see what they’re about. We moved here in February and joined the crew in May and feel like I’ve been here my whole life. If you need a gym, come here🤘

Absolute powerhouse of a gym. I dropped in completely unannounced and the staff AND members were immediately accommodating and welcoming! I've been CrossFitting since 2010, and I was definitely impressed with how quickly Coach Michele picked up on movement corrections for me. There was another member in my same class and it was her very first CrossFit class and the coach was seamless in ensuring both her and I had a great workout catered appropriately to our abilities.
