My son recently started Kid’s Cross Fit. I was nervous at first would interact with him due to his disability but they have been amazing. Austin has been a super hero not only with his patience and understanding but meeting my child where he is and customizing my child’s routine to meet his needs. Austin checks in with me to see what we are working on in PT to carry it over into his Cross Fit routine. My son loves it so much here he doesn’t want to leave when class is over. I love the no judgement and inclusive environment.

Incredible place. Feels like I'm working out in my own home gym with a group of friends dipping in from time to time. Not flashy. No pressure to upgrade for a better experience. Quality equipment. Tookl a while to find this spot. I'm glad I finally did.

Blackheart has great members, coaches, and something for everyone. Whether you want to do powerlifting, crossfit, or your own program, they have a lot of different equipment for any type of training and friendly staff to help get you acquainted

I dropped into Blackheart for a full month back in Feb. Gym was extremely clean and the equipment is in pristine condition. I was trying to do the Crossfit Open but given my hectic work schedule, I was only able to get the workouts done at odd hours which Coach Bose was kindly able to accomodate. Very kind staff, knowledgable coaches and chill atmosphere to get a great workout in regardless if you're into weightlifting, powerlifting or Crossfit. Will definitely be coming back next time I'm in the area.
