Getting unloaded here was pretty quick. Everybody was very nice.
Checkin at 9:40 am and checkout at 10:01 am nice place for pickup the guy loads my truck is very nice and friendly
Lunch from 12-1pm. Restroom available. Loading time 45 minutes
Manager Brandy is very rude. 8am appointment arrived around 3:30am parked on the road. A little after 7am checked in and given a dock. A little after 8am it starts storming and due to the dock they put us in they want unload us. I have to get to my next pickup. We called to ask what was going on and was told because of the storm we basically have to wait it out. Asked if they could unload us somewhere else they transferred us to Mrs. Brandy. Just about everyone seemed unhappy. First thing you get is a list of rules. Bunch of little stuff (wood, trash left in trailer. Kinda stingey with the parking. Don't trust GPS. Fast unload.
