They suck. Had video for 6 hours and with the storm surge and high tide at 9pm it stop working at 830 pm. Called them a bunch of times last messages and no call back. Stay away
Had an old LTS system, called Brian. Swapped it out myself for what Blackhawk sells and my cameras were back online. Highly recommend this company.
Brian truly cares about his clients and the work they do for them. I have a full system and finally have peace of mind in my business! You can’t put a price on safety and mental peace.
The whole install process was super fast and simple to understand! The guys thoroughly explained how to use the system from my phone and the video quality is great. They really cared and listened to my concerns about placement of cameras and showed me all the features I can use for better viewing, I will definitely being using them again when moving into my new place, Thank you!!!!
