I’ve had a great experience with Blackhawk Manor. The staff has been friendly, helpful, and quick to answer my questions. The move-in process was smooth, and they made everything easy to understand. I appreciate their communication and professionalism. I’m happy to be part of the community
The managers were super friendly and always helping me
I called to see about the houses available, and I was meet with the most pleasant voice. It is very hard to find people who are willing to be so helpful, but to get a real person and not an automated system who is so sweet and kind is unheard of these days. So to the girl I spoke with Thank you, you are wonderful. And her name was Jessica.
Called the office to ask some questions. The lady I spoke to was very helpful.
